   I am a enthusiastic and motivated person with a passion for baking and cake decorating. I am constantly seeking to expand my skill set, creating inspired and artistic designs. 

   I have learned wedding cake design at Le Cordon Bleu and have trained in the Wilton method of cake decorating. My dream has always been to be a baker and I hope to one day attain the Diplome de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu. 

   I set a very high standard for my work, aiming to create unique, personal cakes and baked goods that look and taste incredible!
